Liverpool City Region (LCR) leadership initiative: Shadowing programme

Funded by the Liverpool City Region Race Equality Hub, GraceHola Ltd has been commissioned to deliver 40 shadowing opportunities to enhance leadership development for Ethically Diverse Individuals (Black, Asian, Minority and Ethnic – BAME) living or working in the Liverpool City Region (LCR).

The Shadowing Programme will connect senior leaders with aspiring BAME individuals to promote leadership development and increase diversity in the workplace. Over the course of 12 months, BAME participants will gain invaluable insights by shadowing senior leaders in a minimum of five sessions, supported by three additional guidance sessions. Senior leaders, in turn, will have the opportunity to share their expertise, provide sponsorship, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of diverse leadership. This initiative promotes mutual growth, strengthens leadership skills, builds meaningful networks, and promotes equality and inclusion in the organisation and across the Liverpool City Region.
